The Man in the Coffee Beans
The "illusion" is that this is just a picture of coffee beans; but it is not. Can you find a man's face among the beans? Some say that if you find the man in 3 seconds or less, the right half of your brain may be more well developed than most.

I was looking for ALL of the coffee beans to be the shape of a man. After a minute or two of looking I finally discovered it. That was pretty tricky.
I was doing the same thing as Deb. Then I asked Travis to look and he found it right away. I felt pretty dumb!!
I think he looks like Matt Lauer :D
